Christmas table runner

I had some left over Christmas fabric from last year and from making the advent calendar so I decided to make a Christmas table runner for my mom. Last year I made a table runner for her kitchen table and so I wanted her to have one for her dining table as well. Here's how it turned out...

I made it double sided so she can switch it up. One side is more plain and the other has a lot of pattern.

 

I changed the settings on my sewing machine to do a star-shaped stitch on either end of the table runner.

I can't wait to really get into some Christmas crafts and decorating. It is absolutely my favourite time of the year! I hope everyone is having a good week.
